Optimized for Precision Sharpening on the SHARPEK MX-1 Machine  

This system is engineered for sharpening manicure, pedicure, medical, and dental instruments.  

Featuring a unique self-developed manipulator, it ensures exact positioning of the tool relative to the abrasive disk while allowing controlled grinding without removing the tool from the holder.  

The sharpening process involves:  

• Securing the tool in the manipulator,  

• Setting the desired sharpening angle,  

• Adjusting the pressure of the manipulator against the abrasive.  

Compatible abrasives include: abrasive paper, diamond wheels, abrasive wheels, and polishing wheels.  

For enhanced precision, we recommend the "Microfeed" attachment, which enables:  

• Exact positioning and adjustable feed of manicure tools during sharpening,  

• Improved accuracy in dressing to eliminate abrasive wheel runout,  

• One-handed operation for smooth tool feeding to the abrasive.  

The microfeed screw features a 1 mm thread pitch for fine adjustments.
